Attorneys-at-law in Poland, provide legal assistance.

In particular, they counsel and give legal advice, prepare legal opinions, draft legal acts, and
appear before courts and offices. They also act as defence lawyers in criminal cases and
proceedings related to tax offences, having the same powers as lawyers.

As representatives of a profession of public trust, they are obliged to comply with the law and
follow strict ethical principles. One of their basic duties is to keep professional secrecy that
protects client’s interests.

Each attorney-at-law is covered by the obligatory civil liability insurance (OC) up to the amount
of PLN 1.3 million to secure the client’s safety.

About me

Krzysztof Stasiuk Attorney-at-law

I am a lawyer, member of Warsaw Bar Association, with many years of experience in the
following areas:

  • civil law,
  • commercial and business law,
  • court proceedings.

I advise on civil matters, as well as in disputes with financial institutions (banks, securitization
funds, investment funds, insurance companies), in matters related to the protection of consumer
rights and the new technologies.

Earlier, I gained experience in reputable law firms, in international companies from the banking
sector, in the field of IT services and new technologies, as well.

During my legal practice, I have repeatedly represented the interests of clients before civil
courts, administrative courts and administrative authorities.

I have also represented clients in proceedings with the participation of mediators and
arbitrators.
